WORK
Boston Convention and Exhibition Center
Boston, Massachusetts

The battered columns and sweeping curved roof projecting over Summer Street are strikingly dramatic, bespeaking the work the remainder of this structure does. Housing conventions in expansive exhibit halls, parking 1000 cars, docking 75 trucks, anchoring extensive mechanical equipment and supporting traffic on busy city streets are some of the functions that this 2.7 million square foot venue serves, of which, anchoring the reclaimed seaport district of Boston may be the most prominent.
