The Commonwealth Honors College Residential Community project began at LeMessurier in 2010, and the seven building complex hosted its ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, October 19, 2013.

Students are already living in the buildings, marking a successful completion of the project a handful of weeks prior to the formal opening ceremony.
