High Expectations for Nashua Street Residences
10.27.14 Construction has begun for the new 38-story, 415-foot Nashua Street Residences tower, which will feature a mix of residential and commercial space next to the TD Garden. Set for completion in 2017, this tower will begin to flesh out the current and future development slated for the Causeway Street neighborhood near the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway.

Buerger Center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia
10.24.14 In preparation for a Grand Opening in the Spring of 2015, the 700,000 square-foot Buerger Center for Advanced Pediatric Care on the campus of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is racing through construction. Interior work is ongoing while the three acre Plaza and five story parking Garage take shape for what is bound to be a highly anticipated Opening!

MIT - Timber Roller Coaster
10.21.14 Incoming Freshmen at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology were greeted with a 3 story high student-built roller coaster as part of a large welcome celebration on campus. To verify the timber coaster met the requirements of the State Building Code, LeMessurier reviewed the students' design - making a few suggestions - and provided the City of Cambridge the required oversight to ensure a safe coaster ride for everyone.
Football Performance at UMass Amherst
10.10.14 The Boston Business Times featured the new Football Performance Center and Press Box at UMass Amherst, highlighting the dedicated facility to the celebration of the UMass football tradition.
