Faneuil Hall's Newest - Magnolia Bakery Celebrates Grand Opening
03.30.18 As part of LeMessurier's continued involvement with the renovations at Faneuil Hall, another Grand Opening was celebrated, this time by Magnolia Bakery in part of the original 1826 Quincy Market Building. This represents one of many renovations and new structures LeMessurier has designed throughout the Faneuil Hall Marketplace. The opening was featured recently in the Boston Globe.
Topping Off for the King Open & Cambridge Street Upper Schools & Community Complex
03.13.18 On Friday, March 9, a topping off ceremony was held for the King Open & Cambridge Street Upper Schools & Community Complex. This $160M project, designed by William Rawn Associates in collaboration with Arrowstreet, is a Net Zero facility, and includes redesigned space for the preschool, K-5 program, an Upper School program, Community School and after-school programs, the Valente Branch Library, and office space for the Cambridge Public School administration. The construction progress was celebrated by the Mayor, design teams, school officials, as well as current King Open students. The anticipated opening is September 2019.

HUB On Causeway - Podium Topping Off
03.01.18 LeMessurier attended the recent topping off ceremony for the podium phase of the new Hub on Causeway development. The Gensler-designed project is located prominently on the site of the old Boston Garden on Causeway Street. The podium building will include movie theaters, a supermarket, creative office spaces, retail, restaurants, an entertainment venue, the new main entrance serving the TD Garden sports complex as well as the MBTA North Station transit hub. The topping off signals a major milestone for a development that will subsequently include residential, hotel and office towers to be constructed on top of the podium.
