STRUCTURAL PROJECT MANAGER & CLIENT LEAD – Philadelphia

Description:
This position will be for an established, registered professional structural engineer capable of varying tasks of high technical complexity as well as working with established and new clients of all types. The candidate will primarily work independently with oversight from firm leadership both on technical projects and other firm initiatives. The position will require ability to mentor less-experienced engineers both in an in-person setting as well as remotely via video conferencing. Traditional project management skills will also be required including proposals, QA/QC, contract review, invoicing, budgeting and staffing.
Qualifications:
Registered professional structural engineer with 8-10 years minimum experience, quality detailed technical drawing, writing and skills, responsive and clear communication, strong organizational skills, working knowledge of workplace and technical software such as BIM (Revit), Finite Element Software, MS Office. Strong existing relationships with institutions, developers, construction managers and local public agencies are considered a strong benefit. Ability to engage both on technical projects as well as through firm efforts for Business Development and Marketing.
