Joining LeMessurier in 2026, Mélane brings an international academic background in structural engineering to the firm. She earned a Master of Engineering in Structural Mechanics and Design from MIT, along with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from ESTP Paris, France. As a Structural Designer, Mélane is excited to focus on the investigation, rehabilitation, and renovation of existing buildings. She enjoys uncovering the history and behavior of structures, combining technical analysis with creative problem-solving to develop thoughtful solutions for complex existing conditions.
