Oliver received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Umass Amherst in 2016 and Masters in Structural Engineering from Umass Lowell in 2019. Oliver passed the SE exam in 2020 and subsequently received his PE in Massachusetts. His experience includes the design and project management of concrete and steel, and mid-rise and high-rise multifamily residential structures.
