To create a comprehensive strategy to ensure the landmark’s lasting future, maintenance records were reviewed, current conditions were carefully assessed, and outstanding issues were cataloged. A multi-year effort to preserve the building’s architectural integrity was launched to sew together the needs of both site and building.
