Advanced forms of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) are the norm at Cleveland Clinic, highlighted by the Clinic’s Owner-Led Project Delivery (OLED) process. What’s not the norm is everyone contributing team-wide for mutual benefit. LeMessurier’s own Sue Hulbert, P.E., has shown such expertise at IPD that the Cleveland Clinic presented her with an OLED Team Member Recognition Award. The award recipient was selected by their project teammates.
The award states, “The Neurological Institute project Core Group hereby recognizes Sue Hulbert as a teammate whose words and actions exemplify the spirit of OLED and has made significant contributions to the achievement of our project goals.”
