Peter Cheever Honored by Tufts University Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering
05.22.15 The Tufts University Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering honored LeMessurier President Peter Cheever (Tufts Alumnus, 1975) at their annual ceremony with the Outstanding Achievement Award which recognizes Peter's "extensive achievements and leadership in structural engineering practice, teaching and research." Peter's introduction was given by LeMessurier Principal - and Tufts Professor of Practice - Eric Hines, which touched on Peter's highlights as an engineer through his entire career at LeMessurier. Some of Peter's signature projects are The Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and the Chase Tower, and projects around the Tufts University campus, such as Sophia Gordon Hall and the renovation to Packard Hall.
