Located on the eastern end of the South Campus complex, the Buerger Center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia includes twelve stories with a double height mechanical level, a diagnostics wing with landscaped roof garden, and a landscaped Plaza level all above a five-story below grade parking garage that extends to the recently completed Colket Translational Research Building to the west and the Central Utility Plant to the south. Included will also be bridges over Civic Center Boulevard to the existing Seashore House and over East Service Drive to the PCAM building.
