Yale Science Building

This seven-story steel framed biology building sits on a steeply sloped site abutting the Kline Biology Tower and Bass Center at Yale University. The YSB houses laboratories (vibration controlled to VC-A), office spaces, a 485-seat auditorium, large vivarium, and aquatics center. An extensive greenhouse and large penthouse are located above the roof level, with a concrete framed physics wing constructed below. A separate 9,000 sf pavilion is above the existing KBT plant laboratories at the Plaza level and connect to KBT and the new YSB.
