This strategic expansion formalizes the firm’s long-standing investment in serving the Mid-Atlantic region, where it has completed significant projects for institutions such as the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Princeton University, and Swarthmore College.

The office, located at 3 North 2nd Street, Suite 300, will initially focus on structural engineering services.
Managing Principal Greg Shreve, PE, SE, who leads the new location, notes that Philadelphia’s commitment to adaptive reuse and visionary architecture aligns perfectly with LeMessurier’s values. The firm is currently hiring senior staff to grow its local presence and investment in the region.
