The Portland Clubhouse on Cumberland Avenue, designed by John Calvin Stevens, has served the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Maine continuously since 1939. LeMessurier partnered with a local architecture firm to support their planned addition and renovation project.

Building Assessment: Our team conducted a visual survey of the existing load-bearing brick walls and Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) roof assembly to inform repair cost estimates.
