LeMessurier joined a design team to evaluate seventeen campus buildings for energy consumption and operational carbon reduction opportunities.

Building Assessment: Our team conducted initial visual assessments followed by nighttime infrared scanning of each building to identify air leakage patterns and thermal bridging conditions.

Energy Analysis: Following the assessments, our team evaluated various repair concepts and performed thermal bridge derating calculations to determine accurate assembly U-factors for energy modeling integration.
